Renters are responsible to confirm all information before agreeing to rent a listed property. National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. encourages renters to obtain from owners a written refund/cancellation policy. National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. is in no way responsible to refund any money paid directly to the rental owner for any reason. Owners are responsible to qualify all renters prior to entering any contractual agreement. In addition, National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. is not liable for any claim made between renters and owners. You also assume all risks associated in dealing with unknown persons contacted through this website and it is your responsibility to take appropriate action to avoid potential fraud or any other harm.

National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. does not guarantee that the website will be available 100% of the time. CANCELLATION BY OWNER

Owners can cancel a vacation rental listing at any time. The listing can be set to inactive at the owner’s option. Once the listing is inactive it can no longer be viewed from the website. There are no refunds or pro-rated credit for any portion of the unused vacation rental listing subscription upon cancellation of the listing by owner.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Each vacation rental listing is meant to represent only one vacation rental property. Any listing that refers to more than one vacation rental property may be deleted.  It is important that each listing refer to only one property in order for the search to function properly.  National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. reserves the right to reject or edit rental listings that are submitted to the website. Once owner has submitted the information it becomes the copyrighted property of National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. and persons other than the owner of that information may not be reproduce that information without express written permission. National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. further reserves the right to monitor content on the website and remove or cancel any listing at its sole discretion without notice to the owner. Owner is required to list only acceptable content in the description of the vacation rental. Any listing deemed to have unacceptable content will be immediately canceled without notice. Additionally, no refund will be issued for cancellations due to unacceptable content. Please be wise and use content and language that is acceptable for this family oriented website. Vulgarity, nudity, violence, hate and references of the sexual nature will not be tolerated. Any listing referring to any of the above will be canceled immediately without notice to the owner.

SPAM

Any member caught sending unsolicited emails (SPAM) through National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. website will have their listing immediately canceled without refund. National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM. If you have any questions regarding this policy please do not hesitate to contact us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Once material has been submitted on the National Directory of Vacation Rentals web site, it becomes the property of National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the National Directory of Vacation Rentals web site without written permission.  The member who uploads the information still maintains property ownership and is free to use the pictures and information as they wish.  The purpose of this clause is to prevent people other than National Directory of Vacation Rentals and the original owner from using the information without permission.  Once content is uploaded and entered onto the website it becomes the intellectual property of National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. Additionally, all Search Engine Optimization techniques, title tags, code, descriptions, photos and logos are the intellectual property of National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. and are copyright 2002, National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. We will pursue or rights under the law to prevent theft of our intellectual property. National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. will not tolerate any unauthorized usage of its content and intellectual property.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. However, National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc. shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-US court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of National Directory of Vacation Rentals, Inc., such action is necessary or desirable.
