\\\ The Poor Farm is listed on the national historic site for homes in west va.,pendleton county. it is a large two story
wood frame house built in the 1880's --and 1920's.it has 20 bedrooms and can accomodate up to 50 people in your party.
Location
approx. 2 1/2 hrs. out of wash. dc. area located in upper tract west va. on us rt. 220 north about 7 1/2 miles north of franklin west va.

Payment Procedures
50% deposit on all rentals.
(3) three day minimum stay required
certified check, visa,& master card
balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds
full refund up to 45 days, 1/2 refund up to 15 days, no refund 14 days & under.
Deposits
$600. deposit required at booking. fully refundable providing the house is left in a cleaned condition, with no damage to the property.
Policies
no smoking in the house, however you can smoke on the porch, providing you use the ash cans to put the butts & cigars in . do not litter the yard with them. check in is friday after 3:00 pm. check out is 12:00 noon the following friday

bring your own sheets pillow cases, towels,soap, cleaning supplies, as we do not furnish them.
