Beautiful studio condo, It is located in the heart of all the action on the World's Most Famous Beach. Daytona Beach!! The condo has all new furniture and berber carpeting, Studio is on second floor, with elevator and stairs within 60 feet of condo. I would prefer not smoking in condo. There is a balcony on either side of condo if you need to smoke. Condo association does not allow pets, Except seeing eye dogs. If you have a small family and want a wonderful place to go and not spend all you hard earned vacation money doing it. Then my condo is where you want to go. Watch the dolphins play in the aqua blue ocean, Go for a long walk down the beach with the love of your life. Or maybe even just relax and enjoy the beauty of a beautiful beach front resort.

Location
Our Resort condo is located in Daytona Beach Florida: Daytona is located on Florida's Central east coast, And is one of Florida's most popular vacation destinations. The resort is located on the corner of A1A and International Speedway Blvd. It is on the no drive part of the beach, and right in front of a lifeguard tower. Daytona is such a popular destination because of so much to do while on vacation, Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are about 1 hour drive from our resort, But most people stay around Daytona because of so much to do in the area. With 23 miles of white sandy beach sun bathing, people watching, and just playing in the water is a popular activity.

Payment Procedures
1/2 rental rate to be paid within 7 days of reservation. Cashiers check, personal check(not starter check) money order, or travelers checks are excepted. remainder to be paid upon arrival along with a 200.00 security deposit. Owner will meet you at resort with keys

Cancellations and Refunds
30 days required notice to cancel your reservation. All money sent will be refunded except a 50.00 fee for processing and handling charge. Security deposit will be mailed within 2 days after check out as long as everything is in good condition and nothing missing or damaged.

Deposits
200.00 security deposit to be paid at time of rental.

Policies
You will have to sign a short term lease agreement for the time frame requested. You and your guests-family must follow rules of resort that are posted around property.
