Barcelona Highgrove Villa is situated on the new Gated community at HIGHGROVE, within easy reach of all amenities and Florida main attractions. In fact, the community is less than 5 minutes away from Disney's main gate!
Our home will sleep 10 – 12 people comfortably, with the 5 Double bedrooms. The master suites both have full bathrooms and walk in closets. The first master having it’s own sitting room to give you that extra little bit of space and privacy … not that you need any extra space in this huge 2700 Sq Ft home!
The remaining 3 double bedrooms having TV in each bedroom. The whole house is decorated in a very stylish modern contemporary.
Downstairs comprises of a formal dining room leading to the covered lanai, a formal living area and a huge family room with alarmed patio doors leading directly to the pool and spa area. The family room is complete with all home comforts and more.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast area and a separate laundry room. Also for convenience is a powder room also avail in the first floor area.
The pool and spa is SW facing and is completely private as the villa backs on to conservation land. We find this a perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine or a beer at the end of a magical day at one of the fantastic attractions that is FLORIDA.
