Description
Unit 311 is a one bedroom condo that has the capacity to sleep up to six people. Our unit has a bedroom with a king sized bed, a bonus room with children's bunk beds, and a pull out Lazy Boy sleeper sofa.
The living room has a dining table with chairs, brand new leather recliners, and opens to a balcony with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and pool.
Our condo also has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and small kitchen table. Local telephone service and cable television is also provided for your convenience. There is a laundry room about 10 feet from our condo for a quick cleaning.
Our unit is air conditioned and heated for your comfort. We also provide all your linens, and bath towels.
Our unit has been completely remodeled in 2002 with all new 18 inch tile floors, new carpet, new paint, and a new bathroom with decorative tile. Maps and guides to local attractions are provided for your convenience.
Location
What's near New Smyrna Beach? Daytona Beach is just 20 minutes North with access to the speedway and many other attractions. Orlando is just an hour away for access to Disney World, Sea World, and Universal & MGM Studios. Kennedy Space Center is just a 45 minute drive down the coast. What could be better than vacationing on the beach with such easy access to all that FL has to offer?
