Description
Our resort consists of a 21-story high rise, and all of our condominium units are two-bedroom, two-bath, luxury gulf-front accommodations with full kitchens, washer/dryer, private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and yes... we are RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We also have a heated pool, sauna, tennis courts, and complimentary beach chair/umbrella service for nightly & weekly reservations (March - October).
Location
We're located in Seagrove Beach, FL (mid-way between Destin & Panama City) on the white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are within 2 miles of Seaside and Rosemary Beach Florida, nestled in the Beaches of South Walton community.

Payment Procedures
Upon arrival, your advance payment converts to rent and is applied to your reservation. The balance of the rent is due, in full, upon check-in. Payment may be made by cash, travelers check, cashier's check, bank money order, personal check or Visa / MasterCard.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of any reservation will result in a minimum of a $50 processing fee. Daily and Weekly reservations must be cancelled within thirty (30) days prior to arrival; one hundred and twenty (120) days for monthly bookings. All cancellations are confirmed with a cancellation number. You must have a cancellation number to receive a return of your advance payment.
Deposits
Credit Card imprint is required but will NOT be processed if there is no damage or loss to the property, and all policies and conditions are observed. We reserve the right to process up to $200 and apply this to offset the expense of any repairs or unpaid charges. If customer is unable to present a VISA or MasterCard for imprint, the deposit must be paid by check or money order; and will be returned less any deductions for damage or unpaid charges within (30) thirty days of departure via US Mail.
