The Atlantis is a beautiful, non-smoking property that boasts the Atlantic Ocean for its backyard. Simply follow the private wooden boardwalk from the oceanfront porch, over the dune line, past the sea oats and down to the white, sandy beach. Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch and sun deck with plenty of seating. Rise early each morning so you can gaze at the dazzling light show the sunrise provides.

There is an enclosed outside shower that makes rinsing off convenient after building sand castles and jumping the saltwater waves all afternoon. When you reside at Atlantis for your beach vacation, you will appreciate being so closely located to all the wonderful attractions and amusements that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina offer.

Payment Procedures
One-half of base rental amount is due within 5 business days after booking reservation. Final payment due 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellations and Refunds
Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the property is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the property is re-rented at the full rental rate. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Deposits
No security deposit is required if the guest has a valid MasterCard or VISA on account. If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four(4) weeks for return of deposit.

Notes and Additional Information
13% tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)
