Carothers Castle is a 2 story beach house that is brimming with beauty and conveniences. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub so you can create your own spa experience.

A full kitchen at Carothers Castle invites you to prepare everything from a cup of coffee first thing in the morning to a picnic lunch that you enjoy on the oceanfront. Full size appliances include a dishwasher and there is even a washer and dryer.

Grab a cold drink from the wet bar and head out to a rocking chair on the expansive deck. The view is breathtaking. Relax in a lounge chair. Nap in the hammock and rock the afternoon away in one of the porchs rocking chairs. Walk down the wooden boardwalk to the white, sandy beaches where you can spend hours every day. Take a walk on the beach. Marvel at the sunrise. Slip into the cool Atlantic Ocean for a refreshing dip. There are two outside showers that make rinsing off the sand and salt a breeze.

Watch TV or use the DVD player provided for guests of Carothers Castle and enjoy a movie. Take advantage of the free wireless Internet access and unlimited long-distance calling.

Payment Procedures
One half of base rental amount is due within 5 business days after booking reservation. Final payment due 30 days before arrival date. .

Cancellations and Refunds
Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental rate. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Deposits
No security deposit is required if the guest has a valid MasterCard or VISA on account. If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four(4) weeks for return of deposit.

We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. No Pets. No Smoking. Weeks only June thru August. Minimum Rental Age 25 years.

Notes and Additional Information
13% tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)
