Description
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with queensize bed and private bath, living -dining room and kitchen and large deck overlooking Atlantic ocean. TV, DVD, Stove, Refrig, dishwasher, washer, dryer, pantry, CD player. Downstairs: large studio apartment with Kingsize bed, single bed, kitchen, (refrigerator,stove) living room area (TV,VCR) and large bath. Both upstairs and down have sofas that make into double beds, microwaves and coffee makers. Enclosed garage and boardwalk to beach. Comes with games, rafts, beach chairs - everything for a great family vacation. We belong to nearby beach club which gives renters the option of use of heated swimming pools and fitness center for $106 per week per family.

Location
Pelican Point is 5 miles north of quaint St. Augustine and 15 miles south of the resort town, Ponte Vedra. It is right on the Atlantic on a very quiet beach with lots of wildlife: pelicans, dolphins, sea turtles, sometimes even whales in winter. It is convenient to great recreational opportunities: world class golf, tennis, deepsea fishing, parasailing, etc. and yet distant from commercialism except for 2 great restaurants within walking distance. It is a few miles south of Guana River St. Park. St. Augustine has wonderful historic sites including Castillo San Marcos (old fort), light house, and several historic homes, stores and school, etc. It is known for its wonderful restaurants.

Payment Procedures
All rental + cleaning fee ($125) + 9% tax must be paid 3 weeks before occupancy. We accept personal checks

Cancellations and Refunds
A written cancellation is permitted up to 60 days before arrival date with a $50 cancellation fee. The $500 deposit is forfeited if booking is cancelled from 30-60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are charged full amount. Exceptions: If house is re-rented for some or all of nights, refunds for nights re-rented will always be made.

Deposits
$500 security deposit. This is returned after you leave if there is no damage or extensive long distance bills.
