MaLady's Beach Condo - Charming 2-BD, 2-BA condo with balcony, phone, 2 T.V.'s with 7 HBO channels, DVD-VHR combo. Remodeled, redecorated! We are condo units on beach-side property (no crossing streets). Only barrier that separates us from the beach is a scenic marsh (approx. 5-min. walk OR take the shuttle). Access beach via private, scenic 300-yd. boardwalk. Full-service cabana on the beach (open during summer season) with horseshoe pit and bathrooms. Non-Smoking unit. No Pets.
Gated community. 24-hour security. Located in the heart of the island. Dining table for 4. Lovely master bedroom has comfy queen bed & 2nd TV with private bath. Guest room has both a queen and twin bed. 2nd full bath has shower. Kitchen comes completely furnished with all cooking conveniences as well as new refrigerator & stove.
Private beach. Private boardwalk. A full-service cabana is on the beach (open summer season) serving beverages, snacks, grilled foods and has a horseshoe pit and bathrooms. A bike trail runs in front of the resort connecting you to the island.

Location
Take Hwy 278 from I-95 to Hilton Head. Once on the island, follow Hwy 278 Business for 7 miles. Last traffic light before Hilton Head Resort is Singleton Beach Road [Exxon Station on left]. From the left lane, go a block or two and then turn left into the complex (mile marker 7)
