Nightly reservations are secured with a deposit equal to one nights stay. With 12 days' notice, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $25 booking fee. With less than 12 days notice, we will refund your deposit less the booking fee, if we are able to rebook the property. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive a credit for a future stay rather than a refund.
