Description
Carol's Country Cottage is located in Six Lakes, MI, just an hour north of Grand Rapids. Here you'll enjoy the quiet, peaceful serenity of Little Bass Lake, just steps from your door. You can watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy warm campfires at your leisure.

The main house can sleep 3 and features one cozy bedroom, bathroom with stand-up shower, living room lined with windows viewing the lake, pull out sofa-bed, kitchen with full-sized appliances, dining area and a deck on the lake side with patio furniture. Unattached from the house, you'll find a unique bunk-house which sleeps 2, beautifully decorated in knotty pine with windows on every side.

Little Bass Lake is a no-wake lake, so don't worry about waking up to the sound of jet skis and speedboats. A paddle boat is included with your stay along with life jackets. Fishing is great on our lake! You'll find plenty of fishing poles and supplies in the shed.

Payment Procedures
To secure your reservation, we require a credit card at the time of booking. Actual payment for your reservation is processed by the property manager after you have booked.

Cancellations and Refunds
A refund will be issued only after we have received 14 days advance written notice of your cancellation. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Deposits
A 50% security deposit is required to hold a reservation. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to stay. The deposit for returning guests is 25%.

A $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit will be required and will be returned after departure and inspection.

Policies
The member of your party signing the rental agreement must be 25 years of age or older.

This is a non-smoking cottage. There is to be no smoking inside at any time. Any persons smoking must do so outside and all cigarette waste should be disposed of appropriately.

Any damage to the cottage or the property will be the responsibility of the renters.

There is limited parking available at our cottage. We ask that you let us know in advance how many vehicles will be parked during your stay so we can make additional parking accommodations for you.
