Payment Procedures
Personal Check, money orders, travelers checks, bank or cashiers checks accepted for reservation .

Cancellations and Refunds
A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to three weeks before check-in.

Deposits
In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded if home is left in order as found). Balance due within 30 days of arrival.

Notes and Additional Information
All rates except 4th of July are based on 10 guests. There is a $100.00 per person, per week charge for extra guests up to 14 max.
