Payment Procedures
Personal Check, PayPal, money orders, travelers checks, bank or cashiers checks accepted for reservation .

Cancellations and Refunds
A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to three weeks before check-in.

Deposits
In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded if home is left in order as found). Balance due within 30 days of arrival.

Policies
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, $1900 per week.

Notes and Additional Information
All rates are based on 12 guests. There is a $100.00 per person, per week charge for extra guests up to 16 max.

Heat Pool, $300 per week.
