Our inviting 4BR/2BA summer house in the Heart of Narragansett Pier* is located just two blocks from the seawall and the ocean. Walk to Narragansett Town Beach - and close to a myriad of other RI beaches. We’re convenient to fine restaurants, shopping, golf courses, Galilee & the Block Island Ferry. Nearby is the Newport Bridge; Misquamicut; historic Wickford, home of the annual Wickford Art Festival; and Foxwoods Casino. We’re 35 miles south of Providence, a ½ hour ride from Green Airport and 126 mi. from NY.
*The desirable Pier section of Narragansett, located across the road from the ocean, is filled with interesting architecture and blessed with gorgeous mature trees, flora and foliage.
We are now redecorating in fresh cottage-chic furnishings and colors, including new mattresses and l new kitchenware. We have cable TV, VCR, washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen, dining room and sunny comfy living room. The home will be ready for your holiday/vacation enjoyment and relaxation in June, July & August. With a queen, a double and 4 twin-sized beds, our home comfortably sleeps and houses 8 guests. A wonderful deck, including the all-important deck furniture and gas grill, is off the spacious, sunny living room. A nice yard, convenient après-beach shower and ample off-street parking completes the exterior. Enjoy idyllic beaches, ocean breezes, and good times at our RI beach house at the Pier.
*Available to rent for school year (Sept. ’07-May ’08).
Weekly Rates: DISCOUNT FOR EARLY JUNE: $1400 a week - last week of June $1900 - July- August-$2500 $100 cleaning fee additional.

Narragansett Pier is a family neighborhood, peaceful and quiet, with a wide array of architechtural examples in its houses and lovely, mature trees, plants and flowers. This is truly the place to spend a relaxing summer vacation or holiday. Go to sleep with ocean breezes fluttering through the windows, or if you prefer, turn on the AC! Either way, the house is totally amenable to your comfort and enjoyment. A nice deck, deck furniture, bbq grill, cable tv and VCR, garage and off street parking complete the pretty picture. This is the Hamptons at one-third the price. Weeks in June currently available at the discounted rate at $1400 per week plus $100 cleaning fee.
