This one bedroom plus den unit is very large for San Diego standards; it has 750 square feet, the bedroom is L-shaped, with a King-size bed in the main area and a full-size solid wood futon in the den. There is an extra inflatable twin bed available.
This unit is on the ground level, has a covered patio with a table and 6 chairs to enjoy a quiet outdoor dinner in your own private garden. The complex has two pools, outside showers, spas, several gas BBQ grills, and a picnic area. The coin-operated laundry area is a few steps from the front door of this unit, as is a gas BBQ grill.
The condo is fully furnished: Bed linens, towels (bath and pool), tablecloths and placemats are included. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender, pots, pans, kitchen and grill utensils and dinnerware. An iron, board, and vacuum cleaner are provided. Cable TV, VCR, stereo, CD player included, as are local phone calls. There is a ceiling fan and A/C in living room, heating in both living room and bedroom. Sundries provided (toilet, kitchen paper, cleaning materials). Maid service available at extra charge, for extended stays.
There is a gated entry for one vehicle, with an assigned carport. The complex has a night watchman on the premises.
