Cabins in Gatlinburg. Bear Country Hideaway was just completed in September of 2004. Located in the prestigious Sky Harbor area of Gatlinburg. The unique design of this non-smoking cabin is absolutely fantastic. With one bedroom, it comes complete with one full bath, and tasteful decorations including very comfortable log furniture. Make yourself at home with the wide variety of authentic Old West and Native American works of art and artefacts, as well as some works by local artisans.

The Master bedroom will offer a beautiful white cedar log queen-size bed, and a Luxurious two-person jetted, Jacuzzi tub. In addition to the fireplace, the great room has a white cedar log couch that folds out to a queen-size futon, which comfortably sleeps two adults. The wooded views from the front and back decks are breathtaking. Complete with all the amenities, this cabin offers ample living space and comfortably sleeps four adults.

Bear Country Hideaway is centrally located between downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and is only minutes from the area's most exciting attractions. Or, if you'd rather stay close to home, feel free to fish any of the nearby private mountain ponds. Some are within walking distance of your cabin. You will not be disappointed!

Payment Procedures
Payment policy
1/2 of total is due and payable by credit card at the time of reservation, the balance is due in full the business day preceding your arrival and will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds: You are responsible for your reservation at the time of booking, there are no refunds due to equipment or mechanical failure. We will do everything in our power to rectify these situation(s), should they arise as quickly as possible so that you are not inconvenienced. There are no refunds given for early departure or inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds. Should you need to change your dates, you can reschedule your reservation any time without penalty as long as the change is processed at least 30 days in advance of your stay. A $50.00 reservation fee will be assessed for changes made with less than 30 days notice from the original reservation date. Cancellation in less than 30 days from arrival will forfeit deposit. Holiday bookings are subject to a 60-day cancellation period.

Deposits
Payment: All reservations must be secured by a valid credit card, kept on file, for security reasons. We require half of your reservation total at the time of the reservation, as a deposit.
