Location
Redwood Tree House is located 65 mi. north of San Francisco on the banks of the Russian River, less than 3 miles from Healdsburg's charming Town Square. The property sits on 2 lots at the end of a dead end street, quiet and private. There are 60 wineries within 10 miles, and it's just minutes to golf, tennis, hiking, biking, canoeing/rafting, fishing and casino gambling.

In recent years, Healdsburg has become one of the wine country's most popular destinations, due to its wide array of fine restaurants, eclectic shops and boutiques, antiques, and charming Turn-of-the-Century Spanish Town Square. From downtown Healdsburg, it's only 20 minutes to Lake Sonoma, 30 minutes to Napa Valley (Calistoga) and 40 minutes to the Pacific Ocean.

Payment Procedures
We accept personal checks, VISA, Mastercard and PayPal payments. A 2.9% transaction fee is added to credit card payments.

Cancellations and Refunds
All reservations are final. Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in to receive a refund of deposit, less a 10% cancellation fee. If notice is received 21 to 29 days prior to scheduled check-in, 75% of payment is refunded. If notice is received 12 to 20 days prior to scheduled check-in, 50% of payment is refunded. If notice is received 8 to 19 days prior to scheduled check-in, 25% of payment is refunded. Payment is forfeited if notice is received within 7 days of scheduled check-in. (Note: If property can be rented to a 3rd party for same dates and terms, all payments will be refunded, less 10%.)

Deposits
50% deposit required to hold space: balance due 30 days prior to check in. A $350 security deposit is also required, refundable upon key retrieval and satisfactory property inspection.

Policies
No Pets. No smoking. No exceptions.
