Out privately owned and are very well equipped for a very comfortable stay. We offer extras like 2 1-speed bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and even beach toys for each condo.

A heated swimming pool, a white sandy beach, tennis courts, and the amenities of Sundial Beach Resort are just footsteps from the condos. Nearby are bike paths and a golf course and the attractions of Sanibel Island.

Sundial Beach Resort has 5 pools, 12 tennis courts, 3 restaurants, over 1/2 mile beach, and many other amenities. Sanibel Island has great shelling beaches, live theater, concerts, nature preserves, delightful bike paths, and is only 18 miles from Fort Myers International Airport, Florida.

Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $30.00 cancellation fee. Any notice of less than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation
