Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation from date of booking until 30 days prior to arrival ~ $250 of total is non refundable.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival warrants no refund of any portion of the charges.

If booking within 30 days of arrival, rate is non refundable.

Deposits
A $250 booking deposit is required to hold your dates and is applied to the balance which is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. The booking deposit is non refundable.
A security deposit of $200 will be required for your stay. If you are securing with a credit card the card will not be charged unless there are damages/excessive cleaning needs. If securing with a cashiers check or money order it will not be cashed unless there are damages/excessive cleaning needs. Failure to return security form prior to arrival results in cancellation of reservation and no refund.
