Nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and one block from the Comal River and three blocks from the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, sits the Joseph Klein Haus Cottage, built in 1852. This 700 square foot historical cottage is fully furnished with a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a futon sofa, a bathroom with an antique clawfoot tub and shower, and central air and heat.

This ideal vacation cottage is the perfect place to stay for those who want to play in the Comal River, play at the Schlitterbahn, or just relax.

The Cottage sleeps up to four guests. The cottage has a Fenced in back patio and front patio for relaxing and entertaining. The outdoor patios have a BBQ grill, chiminea, wooden swing, and tables and chairs. With a location of downtown, there are shops, restaurants, theatre, nightclubs, antique stores, and much more within walking distance.

A credit card is required to secure your reservation, however, if you wish to pay by check, the total amount must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. No personal checks will be accepted at check-in. You may pay by Cashier's Check or cash at check-in.

Minimum 2 night stays is required on all reservations.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel MORE than 30 DAYS prior to arrival - $25 per room Administrative Fee charged
Cancel LESS than 30 DAYS, but MORE than 14 DAYS prior to arrival - Lose one night plus deposit
Cancel LESS than 14 DAYS prior to arrival – it is nonrefundable, you will be charged for entire stay

Policies
For the safety and comfort of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. We do hope that you will enjoy smoking on the back porch, front porch or the grounds of the cottage.

Guest may check in between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the main building of the Prince Solms Inn (next door). Special arrangements must be made in advance for late or early arrival.
