Description
Breathtaking whitewater ocean and coastline views from the living, dining, master bedroom, master bathroom and additional bedroom. Master suite has king size bed and a chaise lounge perfect for watching dolphins, whales and sunsets. The two additional bedrooms are equipped with daybeds that have two twin beds which pop up into king size surfaces. Amenities include quality linens, a fully equipped kitchen, telephones, high speed Internet, three TV's, VCR and DVD players and a full size washer and dryer. Parking is underground and security gated. Winter rates are: $390 per night, 3 night minimum, $1925 per week, $6300 monthly, plus 10.5% TOT taxes (not applicable on stays over one month).
Location
Only five minutes from the heart of downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo; our condo is located in Ocean Beach. A small unpretentious coastal town, it seems like time has forgotten us. A short walk from the condo, it is a community where shops are still locally owned and operated. The Antique District is voted the best in the San Diego area. There are many restaurants to choose from featuring all types of cuisine, from fine dining to great breakfast and lunch spots. The Wednesday evening Farmer's Market is not to be missed; featuring flower vendors, fresh produce, seafood, and live bands it is attended by locals and visitors alike.
