Description
My vacation home is 2 separate units and are comprised of a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a 10 x 36 foot deck facing Lakemont Pines lake. Our home is nonsmoking and no pets.
The kitchens are furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove, blender, toaster, refrigerator and views of Lakemont Pines lake..
Unit A, Upstairs, sleeps 7 people:
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and VCR/DVD.
The second bedroom has a loft bed with a single on top and a double on bottom, ceiling fan, TV, VCR, DVD and views of the Stanislaus National forest.
The bathroom is a tub with a shower.
The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes a ceiling fan, cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, games, wireless and dial up internet, and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air and the windows look out at Lakemont Pines lake.
Unit B, Upstairs, sleeps 8 people:
The master bedroom has a double size bed, cable TV and VCR/DVD.
The second bedroom has 4 single beds, TV, VCR, DVD and views of the Stanislaus National forest.
The bathroom is a shower.
The dining room is a bamboo table and 8 chairs.
The living room has a double hide-a-bed, love seat and recliner. It also includes cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, games, wireless and dial up internet, and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air and the windows look out at Lakemont Pines lake.
Lakemont Pines is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar. fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.
Beautiful Bear Valley is 20 minutes away with additional hiking, mountain biking, snow mobiles, downhill skiing, ice skating and cross country skiing.

Our home is four minutes away from a quiet village type setting with shopping, health center, medical facilities, laundromats, restaurants and more. Many weekend activities are always available. The sierra Nevada Logging Museum is open to the public.
Tall Cedars, Pines and Oaks surround our home. Leave right from the house and hike through the Stanislaus National forest on foot or experience some of the best mountain biking that Northern California offers.
