This single storey villa has been re-decorated in 2005, including new furnishings throughout.It has the advantage of being situated in a quiet location within a well-established residential estate of Creekside. It is very central to all the Theme Parks, restaurants and shops. It has all the essentials needed to make a holiday home feel like a home from home.The private south facing pool enjoys a peaceful setting of a pine forest the rear with ample of opportunity to see local wildlife.Creekside also has its own lake where you can fish or just watch the wildlife.The closest airports in the area are the Orlando International airport (MCO) located about 10 miles northeast of Kissimmee in Orlando, Florida, the Orlando / Sanford airport (SFB) located approximately 34 miles northeast of Kissimmee in Orlando / Sanford, Florida, Linder Field / Lakeland Regional airport (LAL) located roughly 42 miles north of Kissimmee in Lakeland, Florida, and finally the Melbourne International airport (MLB) located around 48 miles southeast of Kissimmee in Melbourne, Florida.
