Payment Procedures
Payment to be made by Visa/Master credit cards, personal check, travelers check or money order. A $300.00 security deposit is required to make a reservation, is not applied to the rental balance and has to be made within 7 days of making the reservation. The security/damage deposit is sent to you 15 days after your departure with a satisfactory checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds
Within 90 days of the arrival date 25% of the rental amount must be received for Monthly and Weekly rentals in order to assure reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Last minute reservation must pay 100% of the rental and security amount. In the event of a cancellation your deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded less $50.00 administration fee IF WRITTEN notice of cancellation is received 90 days prior to the arrival date.

Deposits
A $300.00 security deposit is required to make a reservation

Policies
Within 90 days of the arrival date 25% of the rental amount must be received in all rentals. The remaining must be received 30 days before arrival date to maintain the reservation. Cleaning fee and 12.5% sale/resort taxes will be added to total.



When reservations are made within 30 days or arrival, payment in full is required one week prior to arrival.



Last minute reservation must pay 100% of the rental and security amount.



The signed Rental Agreement is due with payment for reservation. The Short Term Rental Agreement can be mailed or faxed to Moontide at 386-428-6105, 4139 S. Atlantic Ave. New Smyrna Beach, Fl. 32169
