Payment Procedures
WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF BOOKING, ONE-THIRD OF THE TOTAL RENTAL FEE IS DUE...IF NOT RECEIVED, THE WEEK(S) IS SUBJECT TO RE-RENTAL. THE BALANCE OF THE RENTAL FEE IS DUE IN TWO INSTALLMENTS...ONE-THIRD IS DUE ON 2/15/08 AND THE FINAL ONE-THIRD IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.
PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE BY PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDER, VISA OR MASTERCARD.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation, a refund will be made when the property is re-rented for that period...at least two months written notification is required. An 18% cancellation fee will be charged, and unless the property is re-rented, no refund will be made regardless of the reason. It is advised that tenants acquire cancellation insurance which is available through a number of carriers.
Deposits
Within five (5) days of booking, 33% of the rental fee is due...the balance is due as set above in the "PAYMENT PROCEDURES" SECTION...
