Description
This Deluxe two bedroom two bath condo is located on the third (top) floor with a beautiful oceanview from the private balcony and both bedrooms. This condo is beautifully decorated and tiled throughout.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a full size AND twin size bed, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
It's located in a non-driving beach zone. The oceanfront resort has elevators, public laundry rooms, shuffleboard, covered picnic area, an olympic size heated pool. It's located in the preferred non-driving beach zone with a lifeguard on duty at tthe beach. There's an oceanfront park with basketball and handball court and free tennis courts nearby. I offer loaner sports equipment for my guests upon request.
Location
New Smyrna Beach is also one of the top cities in the USA for art, with numerous galleries and art shows. New Smyrna, and other nearby cities offer live theater with productions throughout the year. There are Jazz Festivals and other outdoor concerts. Daytona Beach is just a half hour drive away and has live celebrity performances and trade shows throughout the year at the Peabody Auditorium and Ocean Center.
There are 30 golf courses in the area with 9 to 27 hole courses. Many more courses are only minutes away, including a new LPGA course. New Smyrna Beach has five new lighted clay tennis courts and several racketball courts.
You can easily drive to Central Florida attractions for the whole day, and return to the beach in time to see the sun set. Daytona International Speedway is just 20 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center, NASA, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, St. Augustine, and other nearby destinations are all waiting for you to discover.
