\\\\\\\"The Bay Breeze CottageIII\\\\\\\" offers visitors aeither a three-bedroom unit for eight guests. Just a short two minute walk, and you are on the wide, sandy Ocean Park Beach on the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy panoramic views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, the Lynnhaven Inlet, Cape Henry and Fort Story.
The three-bedroom unit is located at the rear of the building and provides guests with a large, fenced yard shaded by water oaks. And there's a large elevated sundeck for lounging and outdoor cooking...it's very private and quiet.
Inside, there are beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The spacious greatroom is warmed by yellow pine wainscoating plus a solartube skylight. All three bedrooms are generous in size and comfortably furnished. There's a separate diningroom adjacent to the full service kitchen.

Location
For enjoying all the many attractions that Virginia Beach Has to offer, you won't find a better location than that of \\\\\\\"The Bay Breeze Cottage\\\\\\\". Only a fifteen minute drive to all of the many attractions at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. However, within walking distance of the \\\\\\\"Cottage\\\\\\\" are three very nice restaurants, and within a mile are several others that offer dockside dining. Less than a mile away is the Lynnhaven Inlet where there is a public boat ramp for guests with boats, a fleet of charter boats, and a fishing pier. Closeby as well is a very large city park with basketball and tennis courts, playground and frisbee course.
The choices of activities are just about endless...everything is just a short distance away. However, best of all, you'll be in a quiet bayside community with streets lined with native water oak trees...away from the maddening crowd.
