Payment Procedures
Three weeks before your arrival please return:
1. Signed Lease Agreement
2. Security Deposit ($300 if the form of a personal check, this will not be deposited,
only held on file and returned to you if no damages occur or excessive cleaning is
required).
3. Balance.
We accept credit cards., money orders or personal checks.
Cancellations and Refunds
A refund will be given with 60 days cancellation notice. With less than a 60-day cancellation notice a refund will only be made if the space can be rebooked. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. All cancellations are subject to a $50 handling charge.
Deposits
Security Deposit (Damage/Excessive Cleaning): A personal check for $300.00 is due three weeks before your stay made payable to Taylor Rentals. This check will be returned to you if no damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required. Also, all conditions of the cabin should be met before your departure. Indoor Smoking or pets inside the cabins, and outdoor fires are prohibited or you will forfeit your security deposit if this occurs.
