Your spacious 4-bedroom rental consists of 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 queen-size leather sofa sleepers, large living room windows with endless ocean views, 2 fully-equipped kitchens - complete with utensils, new appliances and granite counter tops, 2 recently remodeled bathrooms - each offering a jetted ?Jacuzzi? tub, and 4 color televisions with free satellite TV. Ocean View Villas consists of 5 two-bedroom, one-bath vacation rentals ? all with endless ocean views and access to our private beach (tide permitting). And, by opening up the adjoining French doors between Villas 4 & 5, you can enjoy a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa? with 2 kitchens! Perfect for multiple families or large groups! ! Ocean View Villas has free laundry (including detergent), as well as a spacious tiled patio, complete with ample patio tables and chairs, a large sand area for sunbathing or sandcastle building, gas BBQ, a shade palapa and a 6-person hot tub ? all overlooking the Pacific!

We're located in Point Loma, on Sunset Cliffs directly over the Pacific Ocean, next to Ocean Beach. To your left you'll find Sunset Cliffs Nature Park - a great place to spend the day exploring cliffs, caves and tide pools! Directly in front of you lies a spacious patio area as well as our private beach and, of course, miles and miles of deep blue ocean where we often see migrating whales, playful pods of dolphins and adventurous surfers.

To your right is the casual seaside town of Ocean Beach, with plenty to do, including dining, shopping, antiquing, surfing, swimming, biking, blading, walking, jogging and fishing! In the evening, enjoy cocktails while listening to the surf, or take a romantic stroll on the famous Ocean Beach pier, and enjoy the lights of San Diego from the over-water restaurant. And be sure to catch the fireworks display from Sea World - only 10 minutes away! Return home to your oceanfront hide-away, enjoy some wine with a loved one, and listen to the waves crash on the beach.

Cancellations and Refunds
Watermark Properties Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 45 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook the property. For reservations of two or more villas*, if we are unable to rebook all of your reserved villas (e.g., 3 out of 5 villas), then you will receive a partial rent refund based on the rebooking rental amounts received. Cleaning fee(s), occupancy tax (es) and damage deposit (s) will be refunded. *Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath rental consists of two villas. Our entire property (used for weddings, reunions, etc.) consists of 5 villas. Puesta del Sol is considered one villa.

Please note that all cancellations must be made by the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement. All refunds will be made payable to the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement regardless of the origin of the original payment(s) (e.g., father of the bride, parent, travel partner, etc.).

Deposits
Fifty percent (50%) of the rent is required to confirm your reservation. The final 50%, plus security deposit, cleaning fee and 10. 5% San Diego Occupancy Tax, is due 45 days prior to rental period. Reservations made within 45 days of the rental period require payment in full.

Policies
We are a pet-friendly property, however, only repsonsible pet-owners will be allowed to stay.

We do charge a separate $150 cleaning fee (separate so it will not be taxed).
The city of San Diego charges a 10.5% occupancy tax for all stays less than 30 days.
We ask for a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit - which is returned immediately following your stay.
