Payment Procedures
For Seasonal rentals, payment in full is required, via certified check, 15 days prior to start of lease.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation will result in loss of Deposit, if less than 30 days prior to start of Lease. All others will incur a 50% loss of deposit monies.

Deposits
To secure your dates, we require a deposit of $500.00, upon signing of Lease.

Policies
Leases of six months or less are subject to the Florida Tourist Tax in effect at time of rental.

Notes and Additional Information
A one month security deposit will be refuded, less a cleaning fee of $100.00 and any documented breakage/loss, within 30 days of vacancy, in broom clean condition. Tenant assumes responsibility for any extraordinary damage to the leased premises.
