Payment Procedures
A $200 security deposit should be mailed at time of booking. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property. Your dates will not be reserved until the deposit is received. After confirming your desired dates are available, you can click on the following link to pay your deposit by credit card through PayPal (we will pay the 2.9% PayPal fee on deposits only).

Cancellations and Refunds
The full rental fee is due 4 weeks before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, cash or credit card through PayPal (PayPal charges 2.9% for this convenience)

Policies
We will give a full refund for cancellation 45 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 30-45 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days before the first rental day will forfeit 50% of the rental fee or $200 (whichever is greater), but the security deposit will be refunded. Cancellation less than 15 days before the first rental day will forfeit 100% of the rental fee, but the security deposit will be refunded. If we can re-rent your cancelled dates we will gladly refund your deposit and rental fee. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
