Location
Our home is set on a private corner with a big open yard for your family to play in. Behind the property is undisturbed and a habitat for many species of birds. The area is relativley flat and great for biking and walking. 2 mountain bikes and a street bike are provided.
Clam shacks to 5 star dining within a very short drive. Shopping from tourist items to high end boutiques and entertainment are nearby also. You can relax or be busy every day.
Visit Galilee, shop at fresh fish markets or buy lobsters right off the boat and have your own New England clam bake. There is plenty to keep the kids and the adults happy in this beautiful coastal area.

A word from the Owner's: We rent vacation homes too, and do our best to keep our house as we would want to find it. We know that renting over the internet can be scary. We trully believe in 'what you see, is what you get'. Our information, photos and calendar are kept current. We love meeting new families, and personally drop off keys upon your arrival. We want our guests to be happy, and have the best possible stay at our home.

Payment Procedures
Upon receipt of your Rental Agreement, you should print both pages down, fill in any required information, sign the bottom, Keep a copy for yourself, and mail the original back to us along with your advance payment. There is a $500 security deposit due with your remaining balance.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you have to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. We will try to re-rent the house. Refunds on canceled reservations are made ONLY IF THE UNIT IS RE-RENTED FOR THE FULL TIME RESERVED for the full amount paid. 20% OF THE REFUND WILL BE HELD FOR HANDLING AND REBOOKING CHARGES. Please see your rental agreement for more detailed information.

Deposits
Your rental is not confirmed until the above payment and the signed Rental Agreement are received. The balance is due as stated above. We cannot accept a personal check for last minute reservations made within the 30 day deadline.
If your initial payment is not received within 10 days, the week will be released for rental.

Policies
We do not rent to house parties, and you must be at least 25 years old to sign a lease. See owner's website rental info/FAQ page for details
