Area rules prohibit rentals to vacationing students or singles under 25 yrs of age.

Crystal Beach is a quiet part of Destin, without highrises, that provides families a great place to visit. The house is convenient to the beach, to grocery stores, shopping, theatres, the harbor, and some wonderful restaurants. There is so much to do in Destin that even a week passes so quickly. Enjoy the beautiful waters and white sands by snorkeling, diving, waterskiing, jet-skis, boating, parasailing, or unwind on a pontoon boat. the convenient location of this house permits a 2 minute walk to the beach, or 2 blocks to grocery stores, restaurants and the new Destin Commons Mall/Theatre.

Cancellations and Refunds
75 days - complete refund.
within 75 days complete refund IF house re-rents for the same time period.

Deposits
$500. security deposit, by personal check or PAY PAL will hold reservation & convert to security deposit upon check - in.

Policies
NO Smoking inside. Deposit wil be forfeited. NO pets. No vacationing students, nor singles under 25 yrs of age.

Notes and Additional Information
7th night is FREE on weekly rentals and INCLUDES the exiting maid service fee.
Winter holiday weeks are at FALL rates.
