This vacation unit contains two color televisions.

Location
Located on the leeward side of Maui, Kihei is protected from the storms and rain of the northern and eastern island. This area, just north of Maui Sunset and Luana Kai, is relaxed with long beaches, a living reef, cozy local ocean parks and great shopping. The owners have searched Hawai'i for wonderful places to stay, and have selected Kauhale Makai as the finest of locations.

Single vacationers, couples, friends, and families will love Kihei. For those who want all night parties, Ka'anapali is the place to go. For those who want the blessings of plumeria, tradewinds, blue ocean, enchanting sunsets and aloha, please come to Kihei nei.

Payment Procedures
Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds
$75 cancellation fee if cancelled more that 60 days from the arrival date. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival.

Deposits
Deposit of 1/3 the Rental Fee is required within 7 days of the date your reservation is made.

Add 11.4% Hawaii State Tax to rate
$75 cleaning fee will be charged if your stay is less than 7 days.
Rates are based on four people, incl. children of all ages. Extra guests: $10 each per night.
Check-in time: 3 pm (Maui time)
