Cancellations and Refunds
50% of initial money collected is refundable if cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival. The deposit will also be charged 50% whether or not collected. No deposit refund will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, for any reason.

The minimum security deposit is $1000 but may be made higher due to special circumstances.
