If you are looking to get away and only take a few items to go, don't look any further, We supply all amenities including coffee, tea, popcorn, hot chocolate, shampoo, conditioner and soap. All bed linens, kitchen and bath are provided!! Home is decorated in a pleasing southwest decor. Master suite is King bed, Satelite TV, DVD player. Other two bedrooms are Full and Queen with all bed linens. Also a queen pull out leather sectional in living room and gas Fireplace. We just added our free video leasing and 10 disks for frisbee golf at Pike Lake. Walk out to back deck and enjoy the gas grill on deck or sit at the fire pit in the woods and enjoy the surroundings. Adjoining beautiful Pike State Forest with just under 13000 acres to explore on our 22 acres and only 1.8 miles from Pike Lake. Our Greenbriar Ranch sits atop the hills so you have a beautiful drive and accomadations. We are surrounded by woods and private.

Payment Procedures
1/2 Deposit due when reserving. Pay by credit card at website through Paypal or pay with check 2 weeks prior to stay. Always call first to reserve before paying.

Cancellations and Refunds
cacellations within 7 days of stay will be charged 50.00

Deposits
One night stay of $145.00. If staying more than 2 nights, deposit is half the length of stay.

Policies
Our Greenbriar Ranch will sleep 8 comfortably, max is 10. If there are more than 8 please inform. Above 8 people is $10.00 per night per person. Rental is non-smoking, there are butt buckets outside of rental for people who do smoke. For 1 night stays - Price is $145.00 per 1 night.

Notes and Additional Information
We now offer a 1 bedroom 1 bath option for our rental. At $120.00 for 1 night or $110.00 for min 2 night for couples only (max 2 people) Call for details!!!
