Description
The apartment has a full kitchen with a microwave and toaster oven, bathroom, twin bed, double-sized futon, TV w/ antenna, VCR, DVD player, writing desk, walk-in closet, and is stocked with linens and kitchenware. Our in-law quarters studio is so large that one area is partitioned off as a bedroom and the other as a living room/kitchen area. The unit is attached to our home but is very private with it's own outside entrance, fenced yard, and heating unit. It is a great place to stay whether you are here for business or pleasure.
Rental periods of less than a week may be considered upon request. A refundable $100 cleaning/damage deposit is required. $10 extra per night for a third person. No housekeeping provided. Paypal payments preferred.

This apartment is within 3 miles of Columbia Center Mall, the Toyota Convention Center, grocery/drug stores, and local freeways/highways. There is easy access to the abundant selection of local Columbia Basin wineries and vineyards. There are also a large number of golf courses in the area plus three rivers nearby for additional activities.
