Description
Quaint two bedroom, one bath home with washer/dryer and freezer space in the fridge for all the fish you'll catch! Queen-sized bed, two built-in bunks, and a queen-sized futon in the living room provides sleeping space for up to six. Outfitted right down to the food in the pantry and towels and soap in the bath. Just a short jog to Seldovia center. Bicycles available to shorten the jog! Available on a two-night minimum--one night possible for a little more money.

Location
About four city blocks from Seldovia Harbor, and within a 10 minute walk from the airport. (Seldovia is a little fishing community across Kachemak Bay from Homer.) The Seldovia Lakehouse is on the banks of Lake Susan. Watch eagles, ravens, crows and the heron pair that visit the lake! There was also a black bear in the neighborhood last summer but we think she's moved on.

Payment by check or money order. Call for address of owner. 50% due as deposit at the time of booking

Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit refunded if stay is cancelled at least 14 days before stay was to begin. We'll negotiate after that.

50% of rental amount due at the time rental is booked

Absolutely no smoking. Pets possible on a case-by-case basis...companion dogs, seeing eye dogs OK
