This one bedroom Condo was renovated in early 2005 and is on the third floor of an historic building that is in the center of downtown. Walk to all of the unique locally owned shops, art galleries, delicious restaurants, theatres, the Fine Art cinema, Pack Place and the Orange Peel for a concert. Most of Asheville's festivals start at Pack Place, and that is one block away. Park your car in the deck across the street and leave it there! Watch the Christmas Parade go by from the window and take the elevator to the first floor for a first class dining experience at the Lobster Trap, where they fly in Maine lobsters daily. If you are interested in experiencing what downtown Asheville is all about, you will not find a better location.
