The dining table can seat 16 people comfortably. There is a game room and a secluded back yard perfect for kids or a family barbeque. The exceptionally large living area with panoramic views offers cable TV with DVD and VCR.
Whether you enjoy sipping champagne in your private Jacuzzi, napping as you listen to the waves outside the window, or just relaxing as you watch the sunset over the ocean after a hard day of playing, this beach retreat has it all! Main beach house: 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 king bed in the grand master, and 2 queen beds in two bedrooms. Deluxe private suite has 1 queen in master bedroom and queen sofa bed in living room. This suite also has a private full kitchen and additional bath.
Location
Encinitas is in the north of San Diego and it boasts six miles of rugged coastline and 21.5 square miles of land. There's an established district with beaches and shady, tree-lined streets located on Historic Hwy 101. Cute flags with pink butterflies welcome guests and give the impression of a happy, old-fashioned place where businesses such as Encinitas Surfboards have plied their craft since 1975. With an average annual temperature of 72 degrees and sunshine nearly every day, life feels great no matter what you do in Encinitas.
San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Sea World are all within 1/2 hour. Lego Land is less than 20 minutes. Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm are approx. 1 hour. Los Angeles is approx. 1 1/2 hours.
