Description
This Malibu home features two large bedrooms with direct ocean views. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, double over-sized tub with TV/VCR/stereo from the tub, and a 65 inch HDTV. There is a small office off one bedroom with glass doors that open to the outside, a theater room in the den with a wide screen television and sofa bed which sleeps two, and an indoor Spa (100 square foot double shower with 300 jets) with adjustable benches for positioning and adjustment of intensity. On the roof of the home is an exquisite spa with an outdoor shower, eight person Jacuzzi, TV/VCR/stereo, King-size futon for sleeping under the stars, natural cedar sauna, and a gym with machines and free weights. The kitchen includes granite counters, Viking stove, Sub-Zero fridge, dishwasher, soda fountain, and ice cream freezer. The living room features a 73 inch TV and stereo, and the dining room seats eight. A dumbwaiter carries food to the bedrooms and roof deck. Parking is available for four cars, two inside and two outside.
Location
Access the beach right from the steps off the patio. The home is ten minutes away from Santa Monica, Restaurants, The Pier, etc.
