Part of Sundance Bear Lodge (2 cabins, 2 B&B rooms)--80 acres of canyon, mesa, trees! Enjoy the hot tub, sauna --plenty of relaxation in the 4 Corners. Western casual luxury, handicap access, available all year. Views of Mesa Verde and La Plata mountains. Bring the family together for casual fun, learn a bit about cowboy and Indian histories, too. Full kitchen -- well equipped; laundry available. Three bedroom house can be rented in 2 units or as a whole . Each bedroom has outside door. Decor is southwestern. Picnic tables and outside gas grill.

Mancos, CO -- 10 miles to mystic Mesa Verde Nat'l Park , between Durango and Cortez. This is part of the San Juan Skyway loop through the San Juan Mtns. Easy access to Telluride, Moab, Durango, Pagosa Springs and more. Come to experience the 4 Corners! Enjoy Native American arts/crafts; Durango pro-rodeo, take a day to ride the steam train to Silverton. Memorial Day special Celebrating our Song Native American arts event. Guest house policy: 2 week cancellation policy; likely cost 2 nights' stay. 10 days for lodge and log cabin.

Policies
fee charge for any changes within the 2 week period. Possible pet fee. no mimimum stay req'd but $30 cleaning fee for 1 night stay. No smoking indoors.
