Description
An owner supplied rental and application agreement must be completed and signed before a rental will be confirmed and arrangements made for possession. Rent is due upon the signing and return of the lease agreement. The current rental charges in US dollars are:
$100 Naples Cove Condominium Association Application Fee
$1,500 Security Deposit
$90 Cleaning Fee
$3,000 per month rental (January, February, March)
$2,500 per month rental (Nov., Dec., April, May)
$2,000 per month (June, July, Aug., Sept., Oct.)
$2,000 per month for annual rentals
All rates are plus the 3% Collier County local Tourist and 6% State of Florida sales tax. These taxes are not collected on rentals of more than six months, under Florida law.

Naples Cove is in Bay Forest, a private gated community in Naples, Florida, off of Vanderbilt Road, west of Tamiami Trail/US41, between Bonita Beach Road and Wiggins Pass Road, a 5 minute drive from several beautiful white sand beaches. Convenient north Naples location. Gated community with security building entrance. 3.8 miles of walking paths, 2,000 foot boardwalk to back bay and Tiki Hut, Gorpher toitoise habitat, canoe and kayak rentals available, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness room, sports court area with bocce ball, shuffleboard, and horseshoes, fully stocked fishing lakes and fishing pier, heated pool with lounge chairs and pool house, picnic/BBQ area, club house with large party room, pool table, book exchange library, active social committee with planned calendar of activities and events
Our breakfast area has a sunrise view. Our unit is decorated in neutral wall and carpet colors with new furniture, wall, and accessory accents for our comfort and for the comfort of our guests. Our master suite has a premium king size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 premium twin beds. Our living room has a stereo/CD/DVD player, VCR, Cable TV, a computer desk with Computer and High Speed Internet Access, Printer, and a Multi-Function Fax Machine, including an Answering Machine and Copy Function. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker and full size refrigerator, a coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster oven, juice extractor, blender, etc. There is a laundry room in the unit with a full size washer and dryer and laundry sink. Linens and towels are provided. 24 hour local management and repair service are under contract.
