Maui Banyan is a great family resort. It has 9 acres of lush tropical gardens, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi spas, tennis court, gas BBQs & free covered parking. The condo is located in a quiet area of the complex, just steps from world famous Kamaole II & III Beaches.

Air conditioned, 2Br/2Ba condo, with fully equipped kitchen and 3 private ocean view lanais. Sleeps up to 8 people. Amenities include, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, tri-fold children's futon, ceiling fans, 3 cable TV's, DVD, CD Stereo Radio, floor safe & free wireless high speed internet. All linens & towels are included. Washer/dryer located inside the unit. We also provide chairs, cooler, & beach towels for your enjoyment.

Payment Procedures
Add one time $95 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer during Value Season.

Cancellations and Refunds
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 8 people.
5 night minimum stay required. 14 night minimum during Holiday Season. Exceptions made for availability between reservations, call to inquire.
