Description
Fully furnished 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom 600 sq. ft. condo. Air conditioned with your own ground level lanai, which is adjacent to the greenbelt and is ideal for families with small children. The condo comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything.

2 cable TVs, DVD, CD stereo, high speed wireless internet are also provided. All linens and towels are included. Washer & dryer are also inside the condo. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels are also included for your enjoyment. Parking is free.

Location
Kamaole I & Charley Young beaches are directly across the street. Shops at Wailea, restaurants & nightlife are all within walking distance. Wailea's world championship golf courses, Mt. Haleakala & Maalaea Harbor excursions are just a short drive away.

Payment Procedures
Add one time $85 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer during Value Season.

Cancellations and Refunds
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

5 night minimum stay required. 14 night minimum during Holiday Season. Exceptions made for availability between bookings, call to inquire.
