Add one time $95 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer during Value Season.

Cancellations and Refunds
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 8 people.
5 night minimum stay required. 14 night minimum during Holiday Season. Exceptions made for availability between bookings, call to inquire.
