Description
The first floor has the kitchen, dining room, one bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower. Also a balcony. Next to the kitchen is a separate room for the new front loading washer and dryer. A new BBQ is also included for outdoor cooking. Don't forget the spectacular ocean view from dining room, living room, bedroom and balcony!

The second floor features two bedrooms with king size beds, each bedroom has its own private bathroom with tub/shower. One of the bedrooms has a convertible couch bed for children to sleep on. It is a state of the art pull out system that is almost as comfortable as a regular bed mattress. There is also a sun room and open balcony. Don't forget! The second floor has an even more spectacular and unobstructed view of the ocean, pier and Dana Point from the two bedrooms sun room and balcony!

This pier bowl rental has been recently remodeled and updated with two new bathrooms, tile, carpet, crown molding, baseboards, central heating, ceiling fans in every room and all new furniture. This home has 3 flat screen televisions, 3 DVD players, cable connection and secure wireless internet access. A private garage and additional off the street parking is included.

Location
A short walk to famous San Clemente Beaches and pier. The main street of San Clemente, Del Mar, with shopping and restruants is walking distance... several blocks north.
There is a great walking trail along the beach. Towards the right ends at North Beach and train stop and the left ends a Califia Beach.

Payment Procedures

The final balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A reminder will be sent via email.

Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit can be refunded up to 60 days prior to arrival date ONLY if the unit is re-rented.
Balance of Security Deposit will be sent immediately after cleaning and inspection of property.

Deposits
Your security deposit will cover accidental loss or damage during your stay and is based on the inventory and condition of the property when you arrive.

Policies
NO Noise after 9pm - Please be considerate of your neighbors as many of them live next to you year-round.
Smoking in unit and on the porches is not allowed and will result in loss of all Security Deposit
Daily housekeeping service not included
Please only use outdoor chairs and tables for outdoor porches
