Rates do not include 10% bed and sales tax and an $85 cleaning fee.

Security & Reservation Deposit
A security & reservation deposit of $250 is due at the time of the booking. This deposit is not applied towards the rent.

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests for Splash’s “Wave” condominium is 6. Exceptions will be made for children 2 and under.

Minimum Stay & Minimum Age
This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Longer stays may be required during holidays and peak season. Minimum age to rent is 25.

No Smoking & No Pets
All units are non-smoking inside and outside on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Any guests found violation these rules may be evicted and will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid.

Payment Procedures
An advanced payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied to the total rent. The advance payment is not a security or damage deposit. The balance of rent of due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments accepted are Paypal, credit cards, bank money orders, traveler’s checks, cashier’s checks or personal checks made out to Manors Matter Inc. Personal checks must clear before the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Three to two weeks prior to arrival, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total rent. Cancellations one week prior to arrival will not receive any refund on the rent paid; only the security & reservation deposit will be refunded. Early departures will not warrant a refund.

Deposits
A security & reservation deposit of $250 is due at the time of the booking. This deposit is not applied towards the rent. The security/damage deposit is a separate charge and the full amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure as long as the following conditions are met:
1. There is no damage to the unit or the contents beyond normal wear and tear.
2. No linens are lost or damaged.
3. All charges accrued by the guest during their stay are paid to the resort, if applicable.
4. No early check-in or late check-out.
5. The renter is not evicted by the owner, Management Company, resort staff and local law enforcement.
