Our house is located 1/2 block off of Atlantic Avenue and 1 mile south of the Daytona Beach Pier and Ocean Walk Blvd. and Main Street area. We are only about 10 minutes from the Daytona Speedway and Daytona Airport. Our house is a short walk from the ocean and located in a quiet, historic Daytona neighborhood.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of total rental amounts + deposit and cleaning fees.
Administrative fee of $25 for any reservation changed or cancelled.

Deposits
Reservations may be made by email or telephone. Your request will be noted immediately but your reservation will only become valid upon receipt of your deposit and a signed copy of this reservation. .(pets require additional fees). Spring Break rentals require extra deposit and extra cleaning fees.

NO smoking.
Smoking inside the house WILL result in extra cleaning fees.
Special Event Weeks (Bike Week, Race Week, Spring Break, etc. and Holidays) will be priced at holiday rate above. Please call or email for confirmed prices. Seasonal and monthly rentals are welcomed.
Please place trash on street at days and times posted in the kitchen.
If the house is not left in the same condition as found in check-in, this WILL result in LOSS of deposit.
Pick up all trash inside and outside and put in trash can.
We provide a key to the front door only.
