Only a few minutes walk to the beach, this 3BR cabin comes with a fully supplied kitchen, large Knotty Pine living room with vaulted ceiling, and comes with a stereo with CD player and Ipod hookup, and phone. Great partial ocean view. Option to use unique tree deck with unobstructed ocean view at renter's risk.

Location
Oceanside is a picturesque coastal community located about 80 miles west of Portland. The beautiful coastline here is dotted with giant rocks off-shore that are home to sea lions and sea birds. There are tidal pools everywhere with seals, herons and pelicans. Nearby is Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge, which is home to large sea bird colonies, as well as a colony of sea lions. Also located nearby are Cape Meares and Cape Lookout State Parks. Recreational opportunities in the area include fishing, crabbing, clamming, hang gliding, paragliding, hiking, biking and beachcombing. You’ll also enjoy the shopping and restaurants in the area.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policy is full refund minus 1 nights rental if more than 45 days from booking date. If within 45 days, full refund minus 1 nights rental if we are able to rebook entire stay.

Deposits
50% deposit with full payment within 45 days.

Policies
2 day minimum off season, 3 day minimum holidays and June 1-Sept 15th with preference given to weekly rentals during peak times

Notes and Additional Information
$25 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay. (When pets stay, we expect that they are trained to stay off of the furniture and beds.) $45 cleaning fee plus 1% state lodging tax added to cost of stay.
